I do not know about all going out, Cracker. I have had Frintier internet and phone in the past with no problems. Vonage is a different story though, if anyone ants to switch, I will talk them out of it. Vonage is VoIP...runs through a modem attached through internet. If internet is down..so is phone. And 911 through Vonage is sketchy....as far as then knowing where you are if you call from your home phone.
