tuesday morning, back in court. Attny. Lippman moves to allow lee anthony, the brother, to sit in at trial. foghorn mason argues against.
Judge is letting lee sit in, i hope it's not an issue on appeal. but Lippman cited estate law which makes lee a next of kin. it will work.
crap, i have to leave at noon today for a couple hours or so, i hope someone will post if anything major happens. cindy should be first up this morning, and her 911 calls should come in.
casey tarted up in tight shirt today for court--->
later...cindy on stand, very emotional at seeing Caylee's doll from the car.
1145 edit to add...during 911 calls cindy completely broke down on stand. bent over double in her seat. casey sat there pretty much unaffected. Judge had to call a brief recess. it was a very powerful moment.
