But I come from the state with the most child pool-drownings in the country. I believe we're at or over 10 deaths, in the past two months.
Both a driver's license and a child come with responsibilities. If you have either, you agree to be responsible or face consequences.
Good or bad person, intended or not . . . if a child dies on your watch, YOU are responsible.
