he and his gang of wingnuts (i used to respect Dershowitz, but i know his agenda) are all dead wrong about that miranda crap, 1⁄10 of 1% of cases will be overturned on that shit, and if that's bozo's ace in the hole...well hello LWOP. she'll be in prison for many years before it even gets to an appeal. not very good strategy for one's client to hope for an appeal at some future date. "ok i am going to throw the case in chief and you can sweat in prison as a convicted murderer, possibly on death row, until maybe i get a hearing on appeal". hahahahahaha
Judge Perry is no fool, he will not be overturned on any error.
he held a hearing on this issue/on a motion to suppress and he has ruled...correctly. here:
