did you read the Judge's opinion Dick? they told her the door was open/unlocked. period. and they were still asking about imaginanny who was their suspect. she was NOT in custody. the door was shut for privacy, and that was made clear to her. SHE dragged them around Universal. then after that voluntarily got in a cruiser to look for computer/booking photos of zanny. and even if she were in custody, it's not enough to overturn a conviction in this case. the test is whether it "would have changed the verdict". (assuming a guilty verdict)
