they are not evidence as i pointed out way back, but the ethical attny. will stand by his openings and provide the jury with something to back up his statements/allegations. so far baez has not done that, the fact is he CAN'T prove his opening. he DID assume the burden when he made those claims! and the jury, who is waiting for just that, will be pissed off. the defense has not rested, perhaps he will have his Perry Mason bombshell moment by putting casey on the stand, which will prove only that the Telemundo lawyer himself is insane. and even if he did, who would believe her? or maybe he is going to browbeat george into confessing.

note: the crowds are coming back to the ant's house lately, and to the site where remains were found. it's stupid and useless to do either.
