so defense says they could be done wed. or thursday, state says perhaps 1 to 2 days for rebuttal, then closings. probably 1 to 2 days total depending on how lengthy. they are better off sticking to maybe 2 hours each, so could be done in one day.
i'd like to see this jury go home for 4^th of July, but somehow i doubt it. they might enjoy the fireworks at disney. there is NO guessing how long deliberations will go. although you have sequestered people who are anxious to get home.
