When Casey Anthony is released from the Orange County Jail — which is expected to happen next week — she will still be bound by the rules of her probation.
She will be on probation for one year, for a felony check-fraud case to which Anthony pleaded guilty in early 2010.
She was credited for time already served in that case.
According to court documents, terms of Anthony's probation call for her to:
•Meet with her probation officer on the fifth day of every month.
•Pay $20 per month toward the cost of supervision, plus a 4 percent surcharge.
•Not change her residence or employment or leave the county without first getting consent from her probation officer.
•Not "use intoxicants to excess." She cannot visit places where intoxicants, drugs or other dangerous substances are unlawfully sold, dispensed or used.
•"Work diligently at a lawful occupation and support any dependents to the best of your ability."
•Answer her probation officer's questions promptly.
•Not possess marijuana or other controlled substances.
•Not knowingly associate with others engaged in criminal acts.
Well there's the fly in Casey's ointment. She will be getting arrested for violating her probation in any of the following.
She can't leave the county, can't be a shot girl, can't be where intoxicants are used, can't miss one of her fifth of every month probation visits, can't possess at least marijuana, won't work diligently at a lawful occupation.
Seems Casey's "Wonderful Life" has many bumps ahead!
Not to mention, there's a very good chance that some over the top irate protester may just do her in! She will always be looking over her shoulder if fear.
