there WAS a second count for manslaughter they could have convicted on. they DID have that option. they were too lazy or in a hurry to bother looking at evidence.

the death had to be proven to be homicide. yes, it was shown to be homicide. and who was the last person to see Caylee? or drive the car with the smell and the hair? etc. etc. why didn't the mother report her baby missing until forced to 31 days later?? it was a circumstantial case that had all the evidence. people think circumstantial means poor case, not so!
and imaginary unproven opening statements by the liar baez are not evidence either. but those assholes bought it.
baez in opening: Caylee was never missing. Caylee drowned on June 16^th.
baez after the verdict in front of the cameras: We'll never know how Caylee died. which is it liar?

many cases are convicted w/o even a body.

someone killed Caylee and duct-taped her. and it wasn't george. he's just a dumb schmuck and a liar like cindy, but he didn't duct-tape that child and throw her into the scrub in a trash bag.

the jury failed to use any common sense whatsoever. and they failed to follow the law and instructions.
the penalty for any crime was NOT to be considered during deliberations.
but the 12 fuckwits from pinellas did.



EVERYONE COMPLICIT IN GETTING THE BITCH OFF including the jurors, may get rich $$$ in the short term. but every whoring one of them, casey, baez, sims, mason et al, will get what is due to them some day, in one way or another. baez is still a crap lawyer, he just got lucky with a stupid jury pool. fucking liars, the family, every greedy one will get their due.
