What I find interesting is the split in the Republican party. A few are saying the debt limit needs to be raised; a few are holding out (Bachman and Ron Paul). No cohesion there. Not that that's bad; just interesting.

Asshat. I'm not immune to the in-party fighting on both sides. Pelosi is ready to chew off Obama's balls because he's saying he would be willing to consider some cuts to medi-care/social security.

Both parties are in-fighting to the extreme and chewing off their own legs.

I think what Democrats are fighting against (now) is McConnell's plan which basically throws responsibility on to Obama and excuses them from reaching any type of compromise. It's the "we'll throw our hands up and just take our bat and BALLS and go home" and deal with it later plan (and blame everything on Obama).

My 12 y/o daughter could figure that out.
