The Republicans are throwing in the towel and setting Obama up to take the blame because they can't agree to a deficit/debt package now.
That's why most Democrats are arguiing against the McConnell plan. It's clear political maneuvering.
Obama should have drafted an acceptable plan. He is THE PRESIDENT. He SHOULD take the heat.
What do you think he should be doing? I'm totally missing why you think he's a victim for being forced to do his job...
