Why would you care about a child you don't know? Who cares?

Do you search forums looking for suffering or missing children throughout the world? Or just white ones from America?

I'll bet you left food on your plate after your mother told you about starving children in India or Africa. They died because of your wastefulness.

Why atone for your sins, now?

I read about children around the world, especially the bad stuff. And I look at the pictures. I share their grief from here. Is compassion a real thing you can manipulate a world away?

I really like to think so.

It appears to be a waste of time from the outside, but you have to care about some things enough to want to know. Maybe they can sense other people giving a shit when they are in a better place. Or maybe I should eat more Tylenol PMs instead.
