Why Mock? This is what helped a friend of mine who went completely nuts after loosing his wife, house and stuffing his balls down the blender by accident. Or so he says.
You go and open a facebook account, put up your pic, after which you start smashing the living daylight out of your screen, and for good measure piss all over it once you managed to wrangle it to the floor.
Trust me, apparently it is very liberating.
