A Pueblo County judge this morning set bond at $1.25 million each for the "Dougherty Gang".
Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, were to appear in the 10th Judicial District Court in Pueblo via video this morning, but their public defender William Martinez waived that right.
Williams raised objections to photos being taken of his clients at the jail.
