So my question is this, are ANY of the "male species" living in that home Registered Sex Offenders? I understand they have been charged with sexual crimes, but at any of them registered? I don't remember seeing if they were in fact registered.

HellNurse, are you personally familiar with the people involved? I also feel sorry for this father, he is very sick from what I understand. Unable to care for himself, let alone a little girl. Just sad, and if he has such a heart condition they are going to have to really medicate that poor man. Losing a child is hard on the heart. Yeah, the dad must have experienced cardiac arrest from a massive myocardial infarction to have been put in a medically induced coma. Where I have worked, they also put these patients into a 24 hour severe cooling stage with chilled saline IV and other methods to help prevent brain cell death from the lack of oxygen event (the cardiac arrest). The slang medical term is called "dunking" where I live....("drown" the patient in icy cold water). The patient must be put into a coma to tolerate the cold temp their body will be lowered to....around 90-92 degrees F. They are only kept in this cold temp for 24 hours and then gradually warmed. You have probably read about this same procedure to protect brain cells being done with drowning victims who have been found dead, but were resuscitated. I keep waiting to hear more info about the dad's prolonged stay in the hospital, but there is only silence. He looks very weak. I hope he lives to see the killer of his daughter brought to justice.
