I think they got the second search warrant to go back inside and look for the scissors, knife, hammer, or instrument that Norman Bates-ish used to attack her. Why did they need a search warrant anyway? Did LN not give them permission to go back inside after they found Celina's body?

You're probably right Nurse. Once they found the body and deemed it a "suspicious death" based on visual inspection, LE would have a better idea about what type of weapon they were looking for if Celina had wounds. If she was really wrapped in a blanket, they might be looking for matching blankets, pillow cases, duct tape or clips... At the time it became an official criminal investigation, guessing LE would want warrants for all searches (which shouldn't be hard to get). Everything documented.

Would love to know what was in those 'barrels of evidence" removed from the house...Based on the update LC posted above, it might take weeks before we hear anything more.
