He put the head on the side of the road, so when the mother saw it... she'd feel stupid? I'm absolutely positive that no mother would feel stupid! If anyone ever hurt one of my children, I would plain out fucking kill them and make them suffer in unimaginable ways. This guy is beyond crazy!!!!
