The most recent shocker was the discovery of graphic photographs on Giordano's digital camera. The photos show Gardner in sexual positions with "parts of" Giordano, according to Stein. The images, a source tells PEOPLE are "beyond pornographic."

and further, someone screwed up, supposedly now the insurance beneficiary was her mother, not him.
