Prpich’s torso, waist legs and an identification card were in the suitcase (me: the one found initially by her brother).
The man is a resident of Park Lane Apartments, near the residence of 32-year-old Pamela Prpich, who had been missing since Aug. 12.
Police Chief Ray Canterbury said this morning that the man was seen on surveillance video doing some sort of “suspicious activity” investigators cannot go into detail about yet.
Police received a phone call yesterday that the suspect was again doing the same “suspicious activity,” he said.
The man told police where the rest of Prpich’s remains were.
“(The remains) were concealed,” Canterbury said. “You couldn’t smell any decomposing.”
The suspect had been interviewed by police during the investigation.
Police said they plan to wrap up the investigation soon.

If the id card found with Pamela's lower body in the suitcase near her condo belonged to Pamela, seems unlikely the killer was trying to hide her identity by removing tattoos (if that's why he removed some of the skin).
The police seem confident about closing the case soon. I wonder what suspicious activity the suspect was engaging in when caught on surveillance and then again later.
