There is no mention of 'dire financial straits' as the reason for the defib fund. And Down Syndrome is condsidered a disability, therefore, eligible for various Fed and State resources.

Oooops! I guess Tiny Tim Tim isn't a 501 ( c ) (3) and therefore, NOT ELIGIBLE! Funny how their website never mentions that THEY AREN'T A 501 ( c ) (3).

Oh well . . . there's always the counseling thing as a revenue generator.
