Interesting that people often jump to the conclusion that the women are the needy ones. Maybe the needy ones are the men that feel the need to have a 20 year old girl on their arm. All three friends are taking it differently..... One is glad to be rid of him but pissed because he is supporting the girl instead of his kids. One is consumed with anger and one is heartbroken.

I know all these guys pretty well and them leaving their families for girls in the same age group as their kids really surprised me. I get it from a man's perspective but its kind of gross to me. I would have been disgusted by a 40 year old man hitting on me when I was 21.

I left my husband for another man. Would you assume he was too needy?

Did you warn the other man you left your husband for that you will eventually be leaving him for another man? That usually turns into a habit yanno...

Actually I didn't word that quite right. Along the lines of what pspence said, I really left my husband because I was very unhappy. But there was another man involved. That didn't work out either because the other man started giving me ultimatums (that I must move in with him) and I wasn't going for that. I am actually quite content being single. I don't feel alone at all. I have a wide group of friends, men and women, and I don't have to deal with anyone else's issues unless I choose to.

I agree with Duchess regarding the emotional vs sexual thing. Under the right circumstances ANY man and most any woman would cheat. A one night stand would not bother me near as much as finding out there was a real relationship.

One of these husbands got caught because he was at a hotel room with his 21 yr old fling and she had to call an ambulance because they thought he was having a heart attack! ha ha ha. Bet that was fun to talk about with her college buddies.
