In reality, I do very much like to cook. I particularly specialize in meats. I spent most of my childhood in Argentina and Brazil, so meats are the most common type of food there. Tonight I made stuffed pork loin. Get a 5lbs loin, make a hole right in the center throughout and stuff it with prunes, bacon and cubes of your favorite cheese. After that, make a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and red pepper. Rub it all over the loin, then sear it on a hot pan with olive oil for about 4 minutes. Separately, make a mix of brown sugar, fresh minced garlic and hot sauce. mix.
Transfer to an oven container and with a spoon (or a cooking brush) pour the hot sauce mix on the loin, applying more as you keep rotating every 20-30 minutes. Set oven on 350 and cook for about 2 hours.
After cooking, let rest for about 10 minutes and cut portions about 2 1⁄2 to 3 inches thick.
You can serve it with rice, fried green beans or a combination of both. I really like the yellow rice.

Man every meal in brazil was a meat stew with rice, i fucking love simple but nutritious food.
