i don't know yet.
but i don't trust eyewitness reports alone, and i can see the school is trying to cover their butts.
but the school principal may be correct and does have cameras.
so if family is telling the truth, that leaves stranger abduction. or she is hiding with someone, i can hope.
Nebraska State Patrol investigator Bartling says the biological parents and the stepfather have been interviewed, and while cooperative they are "persons of interest" because they were the last persons to see Kerra.

principal Kuxhausen says the school treated Wilson's situation as a standard absent child, waiting initially for the parent to call before contacting Wilson's mother Amanda Lopez at noon. Lopez and the stepfather met with Kuxhausen at 2 p.m. and authorities were contacted shortly thereafter.
