So he confessed, declined an atty and waived his prelim hearing. Sounds like he's throwing himself on the mercy of the court, wanting to save the state a lot of money. How very nice of him.
He could be just setting himself up to later say something like 'I dint unnerstan'.
I want the details of that morning! Where was everyone? Did the mom see Kerra before school? When was the last time anyone OUTSIDE the family actually saw and spoke with Kerra? Since a 'family member' admitted to killing Kerra, why are her siblings now staying with family? Yank those other precious little ones away from that family until LE figures out what is what!!
