since the house was finally (too late) designated a crime scene, the family was moved to a local crappy comfort inn. i assume the taxpayers are picking that up. what is amusing is that the police told them to take their "important" belongings with them. then they searched the belongings! that made me laugh out loud! clever, had to be an FBI move.

note, this was NOT "rumor".
