A body believed to be Wiliam McQuain, who has been missing since September, was found Tuesday.
Montgomery County Police say that the remains of who they believe is the 11-year-old, who has been missing since Sept. 30, were found in the area of the 23000 block of Clarksburg Road in Clarksburg.
The remains were found by a dog handler. It's believed the body has been at the location since Oct. 1
