I think it's stupid not to put a collar on a dog. My dog has gotten out a couple of times and the only thing that kept her from having to go to the humane society was the collar and my contact information on there.

Similarly, when I pick up wandering dogs, it pisses me off if there's no contact information.

I'll take the risk of hurting my dog's tender feelings with a collar, thanks. Jesus.
