i don't watch GMA, but evidently the parents let them film their sons going out for trick or treat in their 'secret location' 
faces painted, not masks.
so, the sons can't talk to the police, and can't be photographed by local media, but you can bet your sweet ass they can be used to make $$$$ from the network.
