You go to the deli and they have a big pile of different cheese end pieces in a bucket. I like them because they are all different and very inexpensive maybe half price. Swiss, cheddar, american pepper jack.
I love cheese!! This one store I go to sells them in quart buckets. The lady there knows me and starts filling a couple quarts when she sees me, she knows what I like.
