If the buck is going to be passed along (from the graduate student to Paterno and beyond), I want to know who Paterno supposedly passed the information along to and what's happening to them.

Paterno told Tim Curley. Tim Curley has been charged with failure to report. He stepped down as Athletic Director after meeting with the Board earlier in the week.
