Sweet-n-sour kielbasa is a favorite for our Superbowl Parties. Really easy, too.
1 to 3 pounds of Kielbasa, cut up into 1/2" to 3/4" pieces (the Kielbasa shrinks in the crock, so the bigger you cut the pieces the better)
12-14 ounce jar of apple sauce
12-16 ounce jar of grape jelly
8 ounce bottle yellow mustard.
Dump all ingredients in Crock-cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or high 4 to 6 hours.
