The 3-year-old twin children of missing mother Michelle Parker will stay with their father, Dale Smith II.
The Florida Department of Children and Families said it took the children into custody Tuesday after an investigation into the kids' safety.
The twin boy and girl had been in Smith's care since Parker dropped them off with their father on November 17. She has not been seen since then.
