Why in the world would they say they are unsure if they can remove her body? Please don't tell me it's because of the terrain.
i'm baffled. it IS very difficult terrain. she may be in skeletal bits due to animal activity. but they should be able to recover what remains there are.

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Spokeswoman Janice Atkinson tells Channel 3, members of the UT forensics team are processing the human remains, believed to be that of Gail Palmgren, who was last seen on April 30, leaving her Signal Mountain home.
Atkinson says, gathering evidence has been "slow-moving" and "painstaking" due to the size of the rugged terrain, but says the remains could possibly be removed Sunday.
