Yes, and CFL's suck- you can't use them in progressive light fixtures, because they won't dim. In our area we can't throw them out with the regular trash, we have to take them to a hazardous waste site and pay a fee to get rid of them.

That will be nation wide, they will complete screw the environment if they aren't disposed of according to instructions but how many people will pay to have them disposed of?

But it's not as important as where you buy savings bonds.
