Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A local bail bond company, Bad Girl Bailbonds, is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Pastor Otis Holland. 
Holland is accused of sexually assaulting three girls all under the age of 16. He failed to appear in court this past summer and is now missing.
Holland was the pastor of United Faith Church. Court papers allege Holland molested one girl inside his home under the pretense of giving her counseling services.
"He's definitely a predator, he's really good at what he does, he's very manipulative and charming, he could almost go anywhere and repeat this," says Christine Shea, owner of Bad Girl Bailbonds.
Shea thinks someone in the Las Vegas area is helping Holland out. "I believe 100% that someone in Las Vegas knows where this guy is," says Shea.
