As most people who follow the NFL know, Tim Tebow is a devout Christian.
After completing an 80-yard strike in overtime yesterday to give the Broncos an improbable victory over the heavily favored Steelers, did anyone happen to notice a very telling statistic for young Mr. Tebow?
He finished with 316 yards passing (BTW, the highest total allowed all year by the league's #1 ranked defense).
Anyone know the significance of 316?
How about 3:16?
As in John 3:16, probably one of the top 3 most recognizable verses in the New Testament.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
(I'm also quite certain that there's some unease in Patriot fans with the Broncos coming to town off that win. The Pats haven't exactly been unbeatable in the playoffs recently, and I personally am hoping T.T. has one more miracle in him).
