I think you have been hiding under an umbrella Cracker, most in the UK are far from PC and polite, it's just the liberal bullshit and green people that seem to be running the country that make the stupid laws etc that they then won't back up and of course people can't be bothered to do anything about it until it affects them.
Like the US is the worlds policemen we seem to be the deputys and seem to get involved in the same crap that nobody else will interfere with.
