Open Letter
To Lewis County Law Enforcement
Local and State Divisions
To whom it may concern:
We the people of Lewis County, the state of West Virginia and the Nation all come together to plea to you to inform the public of any new developments in the case of missing Aliayah Lunsford. We are concerned that the Federal Bureau of Investigations has left the investigation and that we the public have not been informed of any new developments in the case for a very long time. A baby is still missing. We are concerned for our own children’s safety. As of yet there has been no named suspects in the case or no persons of interest. This lack of any information to the public is leading us to believe that a kidnapper or murderer may be loose on our streets. If this is the case , our own children could be in danger. If this is not the case, then why has a suspect not been arrested ? Why have the searches for Aliayah stopped? Why is Law Enforcement refusing to make a statement? The lack of information being made public is concerning to local residents and the public in general. We feel that not enough is being done to find baby Aliayah and bring whoever is responsible for her disappearance to justice.
We ask that you hold a press conference to update the citizens of the progress you have made in the case. We understand that some information needs to be kept confidential to protect the ongoing investigation but the public needs and deserves answers. Aliayah Lunsford needs and deserves to be found ,
Thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Concerned citizens for Aliayah Lunsford
