FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Michael Plumadore appeared in an Allen County courtroom Wednesday morning on a murder charge, but no trial date was set.
Plumadore entered the Allen County Courthouse under heavy security from deputies with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Shackled at both his hands and feet with a chain around his waist, Plumadore sat with his defense team in an orange and white striped jump suit. He sat quietly with his head slightly tilted down as he stared forward. He briefly spoke with one of his attorneys.
The appearance lasted less than 10 minutes. Judge John Surbeck, the prosecution and defense agreed that Plumadore’s next appearance will be February 27.
