Toddlers have little motor control, I don't see how either could do much physical damage to the other. Are you trying to claim this will cause some long lasting emotional trauma to either/both child? I think that's a stretch.

You see small animals learning coordination and hunting skills by these kind of 'games'... as I said, if you disregard the dad encouraging them to hit each other which does seem a bit sadistic, then it seems like fairly common behavior between little kids.

Small human children aren't wolf cubs for fucks sake!, fighting isn't a "skill" that parents need to teach their children, schoolyards aren't gladitorial arenas, this guy was obviously getting sadistic pleasure from watching these kids fight. No normal parents wants to see their child being hurt or hurting another child.

You obviously don't have kids, if you did you would understand how sick and downright irresponsible this is, getting pleasure from making small kids hit each other is fucking disgusting.
