I actually know alot about computers, I will not have a pissing contest with you proving my credentials however.
Its a fact if your banned by MAC you have to change up your hardware configuration because the numbers are in bedded in the hardware.
My claim on the IP change was based on Static IP only an ISP can change that.
Their are ways to change a dynamic IP but most people have no clue in how to do it, let alone a older woman that is claimed to own a ton of cats and is anti social.
