I believe that we should capture that leopard , examine her dna and produce some millions clones of her, the next step is of course distrib buting those clones around the Globe and let them do the job quick and clean.
Then we could just blow away the leopards from afar, as before the distributing , we would have put a tiny explosion mechanism on their brain for that reason.
and they all lived happily ever after ...
