Dick did you even read the article or watch the video, they said it and you can see she was cuffed from the front. Huge mistake the police made, she wouldn't have run so fast cuffed from the back she might have even fell over on her own being unbalanced. The he would have been able to just grab her and it would have been over.
Sixfooter there is a difference between drunk guys full of testosterone at a event and a drugged out little girl. Like I said before I am not against taser usage, I just think they are over used for unnecessary reasons. I have seen cops taser women just because they wouldn't put their hands on the hood and they knew they didn't have any weapons or anything.
