I looked up the carbs in your bread, Macho Finger: 1 serving (1 slice) is 80 calories and 14 carbs. Whole wheat bread is 50 calories and 10 carbs a slice. The Bible lied to you again and you ate it up (literally).
If I'm making garlic bread than I use real Italian or french bread from the bakery, but just for everyday bread I use the Jesus.
The reason sprouted bread is better than whole wheat bread is because wheat flour is much higher in starch and gluten than sprouted whole wheat. The grains and legumes used in the sprouting process increase vitamins and minerals, it's less processed and the sprouting breaks down the carbohydrates and proteins, making it easier to digest and assimilate. The reason I know this is because I read it on a Figure Athlete diet and training site .
