They have to return it to the same condition as before. That includes new cabinets, new floor, new countertop I have to pay for a new sink and the plumber. everything else is paid. The bottom cabinets were ruined so they have to take the top ones out so they match. The floor is water soaked no saving that.

That would bring me out of any funk this crap had put me in. Hellloooo Lowes.

I can smell the new just thinking about it.
