The kid looked drugged and has a nasty cough. And the mom brings her on TV to promote her nasty assed pagent crap. The kid doesn't even cover her mouth when she is hacking up a lugie. The whole thing is ridiculous and they need to take that kid away from her mother before she ends up a high school drop out selling sex to pay for her drug habit.
