i was merely expressing disbelief and sad disappointment in the guy since PTSD does not account for defrauding the old man.

That and his domestic violence charge.

Still, it sounds like PTSD to me and that he snapped. I can't believe after all those tours, he just woke up one day and decided he was going to go shoot 16 innocents. He pretty much had to have gone off his rocker...right?
