You wouldn't believe the number of people who trespass despite the signs, if the gate is open, they come. One grandmother was bringing her grandchildren in on a golf cart for christssake, if one of the horses were to bite them, Cowboy would be responsible in spite of all the signs. He pays an obscene amount of money for insurance even though all the security adds a bit of a break in the cost.
