what the 2 lawyers did bordered on the unethical. they came out and discussed Z's mental state, practically called him a nutcase, said he was barely functioning, said he wasn't in florida, has PTSD, on and on. when even that slimy repulsive lying snake jose baez says you're unethical you have sunk to new depths of depravity. they essentially forced the special prosecutor's hand. whether to fish or cut bait, yes we will know soon. but they sent the message Z is a loose cannon and a flight risk. they violated attny.-client confidence in the worst way, despite saying they thought he was innocent.
i have never seen a pair of lawyers throw their client under the bus like that. all they had to do was release a statement they no longer represented Z. and that is it. instead they babbled for 48 minutes. blah blah blah. it was a train wreck. Z. ought to complain to the Fla. Bar.
they had never even with met Z.
