the mother's voice recognition does have a bias of course. but as i said, that and the witness comments etc. are not really evidence yet. they, combined with other evidence, only provide enough probable cause for a charge, not a conviction. and they don't claim to contain enough for a conviction. the standard/bar is different.
the affidavit is not PROOF.
they will only be given the weight they deserve in a trial.
